Pravi is a boutique company that works with inspired organizations to develop growth strategies, optimize human performance, and generate revenue. They deliver powerful services, credible content, and impactful products from leaders at the world’s top universities and most innovative organizations. 

The challenge as an artist:
Use an established logo and color palette to create an upscale brand that conveys the utmost professionalism and properly represents the bold leadership of Pravi’s future-forward team.

The challenge as a designer:
Before even beginning the design, we had to identify the problems Pravi solves, simplify the business services details, and identify the company’s core beliefs to best tell their story. This becomes the biggest challenge for a start-up whose products and services are still slightly in the development stage.

The solution:
Selling business to business, I aim to display confidence and build trust with functional design and clear communication. After reviewing the client’s imagery samples and comparable websites, I selected bold fonts for strong, confident messaging. Dark gray was used instead of the obligatory black which makes the brand a little more unique while still taking advantage of the powerful contrast and sophistication of black. A gradient of yellow to red on design elements adds depth and is a welcoming pop of color against the dark backdrop. I moved forward with high-contrast imagery, black and white or containing warm tones of red and yellow to echo the brand colors. We worked out the essential business services and problems on a simple sell sheet and used that as an outline for content expansion on the website. Video with text in motion throughout adds a level of sophistication and demands the viewers attention to Pravi’s message.
